Back when I was a kid I remember thinking Burger King was one of the best places to go to dine out. I absolutely preferred it over any other restaurant including the competition, McDonalds, because McDonalds put onions on its cheeseburgers and I hated onions.

I remember when I first got my drivers license, I could actually drive to a Burger King and order anything I wanted, and I did many times. I would order at the drive-up window and then park while I consumed my cheeseburger, fries, and chocolate milkshake.

Of course today the only time you might catch me at a Burger King is to use the rest room. Oh, and if I feel a little guilty because of it, I might buy a cup of coffee while there. Then sometimes I will glance over at the kids waiting in line to order their favorite food and remember how much I enjoyed it too when I was their age.
