It's been exactly one month since I started giving my cat Herschal insulin shots twice a day for his feline diabetes. I never thought I'd ever have to do such a thing. In fact, if you had shown me this photograph, let alone a pile of spent needles before all of this occured, I would have cringed and turned away. Since I've had to deal with this on a daily basis, it has now become routine to me. It's amazing what one can get used to. Fortunately my cat doesn't seem to mind the shots. Lets hope that continues.
