Behind the old Pier restaurant – Along side Prescott Park sits the old Pier restaurant. It is prime real estate and why it isn't in business anymore is a mystery to me. I'm sure it needs thousands, perhaps many thousands of dollars worth of renovations, but come on, this is prime real estate... someone must have the cash and interest to start a business. Did I say this is prime real estate?
