“Photography from the road” is a place for me to present some of the images I take while out and about. Most times I bring my camera along where ever I go and take pictures through the windshield of my car, or park and see what I can find in the way of an interesting subject. I intend for these photographs to be more documentary than artistic, although sometimes creative things happen. I hope you enjoy them.

As I have done many times before, I traveled to New Hampshire's coast on this extremely cold winter day to see what I could photograph. Since the temperature was about 10 degrees with a steady breeze off of the water, I kept within a few steps of my car at all times while photographing so I could jump back in to get warm when the cold became physically painful.

On this trip, I made several stops starting with Hampton beach, then on to Rye Harbor Marina, New Castle Commons, and finally Prescott park.
